Life with One Ear
by Gabriel
Sudden hearing loss took one ear. Tinnitus took the silence. I help you, and the people who love you, learn to live well with both.
For you
You lost hearing in one ear, or the ringing won't stop. You're exhausted, and nobody around you really gets it.
For the people around you
Your partner, parent or child is changing, and you don't know what to say or how to help.
For organisations
Hearing loss and tinnitus are invisible at work. I've sat on both sides of the interview table with them.

Since December 2015, I've lived with single-sided deafness and chronic tinnitus. I'm also a certified coach with over 15 years in HR, across the Middle East and Europe. I'm not a doctor or a therapist. I'm the person I needed back then: someone who has lived it, and knows how to help you rebuild around it.
What's next
The Glaring Silence, my memoir. February 2027.
